About the Role

As Head Housekeeper, you will lead the housekeeping team and be a key member of the Hotel's Management team. You will display a proactive and innovative approach to skill development and enhancement in your team while accurately assessing needs of the business in terms of staffing and ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained and monitored throughout the hotel. You will co-ordinate constructively with both reception and reservations so that the day-to-day operational requirements are successfully delivered.

Based in the Holiday Inn Southend, you will be part of a family of passionate people who know that being the best doesn't always mean working around the clock. Located next to London Southend Airport, Holiday Inn Southend boasts 129 modern bedrooms, conference & events facilities, and '1935' our Rooftop restaurant and bar.
