Job Title: Recruitment Consultant


About the Role:


We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing recruitment team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing the right candidates for our clients' job roles.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Attend client meetings to gain insights into the clients' working environment and company culture.
  • Source, screen, and engage candidates for a variety of roles both professional and blue collar.
  • Manage the full candidate journey, from initial contact to successful placement.
  • Provide ongoing support to candidates, including interview preparation, feedback, and post-placement care.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using various sourcing techniques.
  • Ensure clear, professional communication with both candidates and clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process and fully meet client expectations.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a confident phone manner.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and understand their needs and career goals.
  • Experience in managing the full candidate lifecycle, from sourcing to placement.
  • Team player with a proactive, positive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills – process driven.
  • Previous recruitment experience whilst desirable is not essential.
  • A positive and 'Can Do' attitude with a resilient outlook.
