We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reablement Therapy Shift Leader to join our team at HCRG Care Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Reablement Therapy Workers, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of excellent care services.
- Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive the highest level of care.
- Collaborate with our coordinator to schedule therapy worker support visits and ensure that our services are running smoothly.
- Provide support during out-of-hours periods, including covering for sick colleagues and responding to changes in client health.
- Ensure the safety of our staff during lone working situations and monitor staff sign-in and sign-out procedures.
- Maintain a valid UK driver's license and access to a car for work purposes, as your responsibilities will span across North East Somerset Reablement.
- Proven experience in a community healthcare setting, ideally within reablement or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work every other weekend and evening shifts (hours) between 08:00 and 22:00 hours.
- A valid UK driver's license and access to a car.
