Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Class 1 night trunk driver with experience driving double deckers, responsible for trunking from our depot to hubs in the Midlands nightly. The driver will transport a loaded vehicle to the appropriate hub, tip and load, and then return to the depot. The starting time may vary.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive safely and on time
  • Be responsible for your working time directive
  • Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and safety concerns
  • Maintain accurate driving logs and records
  • Adhere to traffic laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a commercial driver
  • Ability to drive long distances while maintaining focus and alertness
