Job Summary:
Brandon James is seeking an experienced Associate Building Surveyor to join their growing team in London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering a range of services to construction projects, primarily for commercial property types.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional and project services to construction projects, including design, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment duties.
- Work closely with the team to support junior surveyors and eventually move into a direct management role.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and legislation, including CDM Regs 2015, Party wall, and Building Regulation legislation.
- Conduct defect diagnosis and produce high-quality report writing.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to grow the business.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of CDM Regs 2015, Party wall, and Building Regulation legislation.
- Excellent verbal ability and business development skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
