Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Director, Head of IT, or Senior IT Manager, with a strong track record in managing 24/7 service support.
• Expertise in project management and IT systems delivery, with a solid understanding of computer systems, networks, databases, and software development.
• Experience in managing external contractors and controlling IT costs, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
