Key Responsibilities- Lead a team within the LFC warehouse function to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
- Uphold legal and budgetary requirements while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through agreed SLAs.
- Foster engagement and uphold our values within your team, maintaining open and effective communication.
- Manage and coach your colleagues to drive their performance towards achieving targets and collaborate with other colleagues within the LFC to deliver site results.
- Accountable for maintaining health and safety standards, planning resource activities for your team, and ensuring the accuracy and security of stock.
