About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-quality F&B operations in a hotel or restaurant environment. You will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Collaborating with the hotel's management team to achieve business objectives and improve overall guest satisfaction

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests
