We work closely with authorities and healthcare professionals to ensure our medicines are used appropriately and made accessible to patients.
Job OverviewWe seek an experienced Business Development and Marketing Associate to join our commercial office in Wooburn Green. This key role will provide sales and marketing support to the UK Commercial office and Marketing Head, ensuring ABPI compliance and assisting with broader administrative tasks for functional areas.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with marketing agencies to manage material sign-offs, load approved materials onto MMM, and coordinate Medical signatories for approval and references.
- Produce and print marketing materials, such as product leaflets and business cards.
- Maintain and update the materials website, along with withdrawals of outdated materials.
- Collaborate with HCPs and KOLs to arrange meetings, conferences, and events, documenting transfer of values and agreements.
- Manage donation data, grants, and transfer of value records.
- Oversee and record marketing expenses within the allocated budget.
- Prepare rebate agreements and log them on the tracker.
- Serve as Master File Delegate for Commercial Teams SOPs and assist with ongoing training record maintenance.
- Support other responsibilities involving PV, payroll, recruitment, CSR, diary management, and travel bookings.
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative role within a pharmaceutical sales and marketing environment.
- Experience in organizing meetings/events with external HCP customers.
- Familiarity with the ABPI code, specifically meeting, material, and Transfer of Value regulations.
- Knowledge of SAP systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High numerical literacy.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage time, workload, and multitasking.
