About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist and Social Media Manager to join our team at Symphony Coatings. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance our online presence and drive growth in our e-commerce ventures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Management: Oversee all social media channels catering to both B2B and B2C segments, including Blue Line Abrasives, AllFinishes, Industrial Wood Coatings, and Symphony Narrowboat Paint.
  • Content Creation: Craft captivating content that engages our audience and ignites inspiration, utilizing tools like Canva or Adobe to produce visually compelling assets optimized for social media.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and analyze social media trends to inform data-driven best practices and optimize performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside the Digital Marketing Manager to utilize GA4 to generate insightful reports informing campaign decisions and track account growth and engagement metrics across all social channels.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in social media platform management, ideally in consumer-focused environments.
  • A robust portfolio highlighting your content creation skills is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • An interest in lifestyle brands or home improvement is a plus, but not required.
  • A valid driver's license is required for occasional travel to our other business sites and customer locations for content creation purposes.
