Job Title: Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our team at Reed Legal. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in assisting with dispute resolution related to property law and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with dispute resolution related to property law and procedures.
  • Manage a substantial and varied caseload.
  • Implement and enforce internal policies.
  • Collaborate with insurance brokers and evaluate internal provisions for cases.
  • Develop and enhance legal processes for debt recovery and tenancy agreements.
  • Provide preliminary advice and guidance to management on cases, including preparing letters and documents.
Requirements:
  • Possesses at least 2 years experience within Property Litigation or Conveyancing.
  • Will consider candidates that have worked in house or in private practice.
  • Law degree ideal.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with your team.
