Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and implement plans to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure accurate stock processes, maintain a commercial and operationally efficient environment, and promote a safe working culture.
- Communicate effectively with the team, Area Manager, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
