Job Title: Electrical Field Service

At oilandgas, we're looking for a skilled Electrical Field Service professional to join our team. As a key member of our service organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our complex equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site installation, servicing, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations to customers, industry peers, and competitors.
  • Revise and correct work instructions and customer-facing training guides.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in field services and product development.
  • Lead cross-functional groups to resolve administrative difficulties related to delivery and installation of equipment.
  • Act as an escalation point for Field Service Specialists, Service Engineers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Honeywell DCS, preferably in the Service organization.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Honeywell DCS, Controls, PC/Networking, and Field Process field.

  • Knowledge of TDC-3000, TPS, Virtualization, EHPM, ESTVT, EST, and FDM system.
  • Honeywell EPKS/OPM/ TPS Certification L3 or above.
  • Windows domain, Networking, and Cyber Security Skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills, written/verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Team Player, Results Driven, Proven skills in problem solving.
  • Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
