Job Title: Accommodations Officer

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Accommodations Officer. As a key member of our Independent Living function, you will play a vital role in delivering intensive housing management provision to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of customers to sustain their tenancies and gain independent living skills
• Deliver excellent housing management services to reduce the risk of tenancy failure
• Conduct assessments, sign-ups, and attend allocations panels as required
• Manage anti-social behavior and ensure a safe and secure living environment
• Work with external contractors to provide high-quality housing services

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and case management skills
