Sports Coach Trainee

Deliver high-quality physical activity sessions for young people, working closely with experienced coaches to develop and refine your skills.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to assist in the planning and delivery of physical activity sessions. The successful candidate will have a passion for sports and a desire to inspire young people to lead active lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the planning and delivery of physical activity sessions
  • Develop and inspire young people to live and lead active lifestyles
  • Assist in the production of accurate assessments and reports on children and young people's progress
  • Deliver extra-curricular sport and play active-based sessions

What You Will Learn:

  • Level 4 Sports Coach Standard relevant coaching qualifications
  • Functional Skills in maths & English (if required)

Working Arrangements:

The position is based in East Sussex, England, and the ideal candidate will be available to start in December 2024. A competitive salary is offered, estimated at around £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
