About the Role

As a Spicerhaart Partner, you will be responsible for building and developing our estate agency business in a designated core area. You will be the face of our brand, responsible for generating new business, building relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and develop our estate agency business in a designated core area
  • Generate new business through targeted marketing and canvassing
  • Develop business contacts with local constituencies to drive referrals and growth
  • Utilize our super hub office and marketing budget to convert market appraisal opportunities into instructions
  • Oversee the sale progression and customer journey from instruction to completion

Requirements
  • 4+ years of estate agency experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to build a successful business
