We're seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. With a minimum of two years of customer service experience in a retail environment, you'll be able to effectively engage with members and provide personalized support.

What You'll Do:

• Welcome and assist members, ensuring their inquiries are handled professionally
• Manage branch traffic flow, connecting members to the right staff
• Book and track appointments for location staff, streamlining the process
• Educate members on using BECU's remote services, empowering them to manage their finances effectively
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of BECU's products and services, enabling you to provide informed guidance
