Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer service coordinator to provide administrative support to a secondary school in Tower Hamlets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to speak Bengali.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and staff
  • Manage the school's front desk and answer telephone calls
  • Update and maintain records using the school database
  • Support administrative tasks and ensure the smooth operation of the reception area
  • Assist with school events, including occasional evening cover

Requirements:

  • Ability to speak Bengali
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in using school databases
