Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Project Coordinator to join our team in Farnborough. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for coordinating recruitment projects, assessing talent, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum

About the Role

  • Coordinate Recruitment Projects: Assist in the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, drive business growth, and enhance our clients' reputation in the industry.
  • Assess Talent: Conduct initial screening calls to match candidates to roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and delivering exceptional results.
  • Ensure Smooth Onboarding: Support candidates as they transition into new positions, manage and update candidate databases, and track progress effectively.
  • Facilitate Interviews: Coordinate schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
