Junior HR Business Partner

LutechResources is seeking an experienced HR professional to join their team as a Junior HR Business Partner.

This role will report to the HR Manager and will be working in a small team.

The purpose of this role is to support the HR Manager in forming effective working partnerships within the business and with other HR teams globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building Positive Relationships: Develop and maintain positive relationships with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and provide support.
  • Policies and Procedures: Ensure that managers and staff are aware of and can operate policies and procedures effectively.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with internal clients, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, to achieve business objectives.
  • Employee Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit, including producing offer letters and contracts.
  • Staff Transfers: Manage staff transfers from overseas, ensuring a seamless new starter setup, including managing visa sponsorship processes.
  • Payroll and Compliance: Produce and submit monthly payroll sheets and liaise with HRSS Global and payroll teams to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Sickness Absence and Right to Work: Manage sickness absence data and right to work checks, and support audits as required.
  • Business-as-Usual HR Processes: Support all business-as-usual HR processes, including talent review, performance management, annual salary review, people development, and succession planning.
  • HR Initiatives and Projects: Manage or assist in delivering local and global HR initiatives and projects.
  • ER Case Work: Support in ER case work, including absence management, disciplinaries, grievances, and consultation processes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • Certification: CIPD Qualification is preferable.
  • Experience: Good all-round experience gained at HR/Senior HR Advisor or Junior HR Business Partner level.
  • Skills: Solution-driven ability to work with managers/teams, strong organizational and co-ordination skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, good time-management skills, and ability to be self-motivated.
  • Personal Qualities: High attention to integrity, ethics, and sensitivity, particularly regarding confidential information.
