We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team as an Apprentice Mentor, providing comprehensive training and support to develop the next generation of Mechanical Engineering Coaches.
This is a rare opportunity to work with one of the largest UK engineering powerhouses, renowned for its commitment to innovation and technology. As an Apprentice Mentor, you will be responsible for assessing and mentoring learners in Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeships, ensuring compliance with standards and frameworks.
You will have the chance to contribute to the future of MOD Engineers by passing on your knowledge through one-on-one coaching, assessing, and innovating learning practices. Our company often works with the Royal Navy and the MOD on large-scale projects across the UK, providing a unique and exciting opportunity for professional growth.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field, with a willingness to travel to Lyneham. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.
The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including enrolment in a pension scheme, eligibility to join a share scheme, and access to an Employee Assistance Program.
