We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Biomedical Scientist to join our team at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust. As a Clinical Research Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of new treatments and therapies for our patients.

About the Role
  • This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Biomedical Scientist to work on complex research projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating and managing clinical trials, ensuring that all activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • Theoretical knowledge and practical experience of clinical trial management.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced research environment.
  • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience). We offer a competitive benefits package, including flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.
