Job Title: Digital Music Community Liaison

Mixcloud Limited is seeking a skilled Community Manager to join our Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting community-oriented communication strategies to improve awareness and use of our products.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a Community Manager for a brand, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. They should also be knowledgeable about diverse genres and emerging scenes, and familiar with online community tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms.

In this role, you will communicate with our community at scale and humanise their interaction with our brand via direct dialogue on social threads, post comments, and Discord. You will gather and report feedback and developments in both directions, and use your understanding of creators and their needs to develop impactful messaging on our marketing pages and engaging content for email.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £40,000 - £60,000 per year, based on the location and industry standards.

This is a remote-first work opportunity, with an office available in London (Brick Lane) for anyone who prefers to work from there. We offer a range of benefits, including weekly members' drinks, monthly tea breaks, and a culturally active work environment.
