At Kin Vet Community, we are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Client Support Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless client experience, from appointment scheduling to payment processing and maintaining high front-of-house standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client appointments, ensuring timely scheduling and follow-up appointments as needed.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records in line with company policy.
- Develop and promote the Kin Vet Community Health Care Plan, driving high adoption rates.
- Ensure compliance with insurance claims management and debt policies.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area, providing exceptional client service.
- A competitive salary of £23,795 per annum.
- 25 days annual leave, increasing to 30 days plus bank holidays.
- 4 weeks paid sabbatical upon achieving 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 years' service.
