Key Responsibilities:- Create and deliver the weekly train plan, ensuring seamless coordination with our Supply Chain Partners.
- Accurately log and report on daily train movements and concerns, providing timely updates to the team.
- Input correct data to generate invoices and reports, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Record and prepare transactional data for the Admin and Management Team, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
- Prepare daily trip sheets for each quarry, ensuring loading requirements are met and customer needs are satisfied.
- Advise each depot of the weekly train plan, addressing any issues promptly and making alternative arrangements as needed.
- Liaise with Parent companies and supply chain staff to ensure optimum service delivery, creating value for MRL and the parents.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize defective wagon assisted offloads and stranded wagon recovery, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Ensure sufficient wagon capacity at the correct loading sources to meet customer demand, maintaining a high level of service quality.
- Keep an up-to-date record of wagon availability, stranded wagons, and defective wagon numbers, providing valuable insights for future planning.
- Provide accurate information on stranded wagon recovery performance, enabling the charging of penalties where necessary.
- Achieve first-class service levels, meeting customer expectations and exceeding their needs.
