Pastry Chef Opportunity at a Michelin Star Restaurant

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Pastry Chef to join our client's Michelin star kitchen team in Central London. As a Pastry Chef, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise and contribute to the exceptional culinary excellence of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute high-quality pastry menus with style and imagination.
  • Maintain food stocks within budget, ordering and controlling inventory.
  • Assist in maintaining food safety and health and safety regulations.
  • Work effectively as part of a team of 5 to achieve exceptional culinary results.
Requirements:
  • Solid experience as a Pastry Chef in a fine dining environment, ideally at multi-rosette and/or Michelin star level.
  • Real passion for pastry and a strong understanding of pastry techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
  • Exceptional time management skills and punctuality.
