We have established a VT Rework department to reduce the environmental impact of the fashion industry by reworking damaged items to create unique pieces.

Job Description: Senior Retail Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced retail manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store in Soho on Berwick Street.

  • As a senior retail manager, you will be responsible for managing stock levels in-store and communicating with the warehouse team to ensure the right pieces are available.

You will also be responsible for driving retail sales, events, and pop-ups in-store, making our Soho location the hub for cultural events.

  • Data-driven weekly reports to the buying team will help establish best-selling items and inform purchasing decisions.
  • A strong sales focus is essential to achieving targets and nurturing our VIP customers.
  • Day-to-day management of the shop team and involvement in the new hire process are key aspects of this role.
  • Team training and onboarding will be crucial to the success of our team.
  • Capturing in-store content for our channels is an exciting opportunity.

Requirements
