**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Marine AV Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will work on delivering high-end audio-visual solutions for luxury residential and yacht sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Crestron DM and NVX systems, with a proven track record of handling complex installations and troubleshooting technical issues.

With a focus on quality and attention to detail, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Design, install, and commission audio-visual systems for luxury yachts and residential properties
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to clients

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience with Crestron DM and NVX systems
  • Strong knowledge of networking and network architecture
  • Practical experience with digital audio systems like Qsys or BSS
  • Competency with lighting systems (Crestron, Lutron) for programming and installation
  • Clean driving license preferred

**Salary:** £42,500 - £60,000 per annum, plus overtime potential (20-30%) and company-matched pension contribution.
