About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Psychologist to join our team at Outcomes First Group, a leading provider of high-quality education and special needs education and care. As a Clinical Practitioner Psychologist, you will play a vital role in contributing to bespoke assessment and intervention plans for the adults we support.

This is a wide and varied role ideal for those looking for a new challenge where you can truly have an impact on shaping services and driving change. You will be working within a well-established clinical team to facilitate MDT working, consisting of Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and an Assistant Psychologist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement assessment and intervention plans for adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism
  • Work collaboratively with a range of key partners, including healthcare professionals and family members
  • Contribute to the development of empowering environments where adults can flourish
  • Collect and analyze data to inform service delivery, development, and project work
Requirements
  • Post-graduate doctoral level qualification in Psychology (clinical, counselling, forensic)
  • Registered with the HCPC and BPS
  • Experience in supervising Assistant Psychologists
  • Experience of working with children and adults who have an intellectual disability and/or autism with additional needs
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a range of key partners
  • Able to work sensitively with people and resolve conflict effectively
  • Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the setting
  • Substantial and relevant post-qualification experience with adults and children
  • Experience of lecturing/teaching/training
  • Full valid UK driving licence and access to a car
