Role: Principal Electronics Engineer

Location: NW Cambridge

Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 (doe) + Bonus and an extensive benefits package

X4 Technology, a leader in the design and development of innovative safety detection products, is seeking a Principal Electronics Engineer to join their team of engineers and scientists.

This role is ideal for a competent hands-on engineer looking to be the technical authority for all Electronics development with proven experience in taking products from concept through to production.

The key skills required are:

  • 6+ Years in the full product lifecycle Electronics Design
  • Analogue & Digital circuit design
  • PCB Design using Altium
  • DFM
  • Sensor experience would be a bonus
  • Previous experience working in a hybrid environment would be highly advantageous.

The company operates on a hybrid set-up with 3 days onsite in North Cambridge and offers a salary in the range of £60,000 - £75,000 alongside a generous bonus, 10% pension and share options.
