Job Description

As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons that engage and challenge students, ensuring their progression through the early years of primary education. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and implementing engaging and effective lesson plans tailored to the needs of all learners.
  2. Fostering a love of learning in students and supporting their academic and personal development.
  3. Collaborating with a talented and supportive team of educators to create a positive classroom environment.
  4. Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback to support growth.
  5. Building strong relationships with parents and the community to promote a strong partnership in education.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Primary Education.
  • A passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
