Job Title: Education Support Professional

About the Role:
Leader Recruitment Group is currently seeking an experienced Education Support Professional to join our team at a co-educational school catering to students with complex educational needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to learners in the classroom, as well as contributing to the development of tailored education programmes.

Responsibilities:
• Provide targeted support to students with SEND, ensuring they access the curriculum and make progress
• Collaborate with teachers and therapists to identify student needs and develop effective strategies
• Contribute to the creation of inclusive learning environments that cater to diverse student needs

Requirements:
• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification advantageous
• Proven ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
