About the Role

As an Automation Maintenance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our state-of-the-art automated Customer Fulfilment Centres (CFCs). Working at height and utilizing various access equipment, you will diagnose equipment breakdowns and resolve issues in a timely manner, completing repairs where possible. You will maintain accurate data records using our Computerised Maintenance Management System, meeting Engineering KPIs and supporting the Engineering team in analysing engineering failures and finding solutions to improve Mechanical Handling Equipment performance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Diagnose and resolve equipment breakdowns in a timely manner
  2. Maintain accurate data records using the Computerised Maintenance Management System
  3. Support the Engineering team in analysing engineering failures and finding solutions to improve Mechanical Handling Equipment performance
