About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our in-house Clinical Team at Outcomes First Group. As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for the individuals we support.

You will be responsible for holding a speech and language therapy caseload and contributing to staff training and consultation. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a resilient and enthusiastic individual with a creative therapeutic approach and the ability to make decisions and manage their own workload.

As a member of our Clinical Team, you will work closely with occupational therapy and psychotherapy professionals to provide comprehensive support to our service users. You will also provide information and training to staff, commissioners, and other agencies as required.
