We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Consultant to join our team at T2 Group. As a Business Development Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and developing new opportunities within the Healthcare sector.
Based in Cardiff, St Mellons, this position offers a unique blend of office and hybrid working arrangements, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. The salary for this position is £25,000 basic, with uncapped commission earning potential up to £37,000.
As a Business Development Consultant, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills as a sales professional, working closely with customers to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions. You will also have the chance to develop your expertise in funding and training needs, working with key stakeholders within the Health and Social Care sector.
