Area Sales Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Workforce Staffing Ltd. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building relationships with existing customers and developing new relationships in your sales territory. Your primary goal will be to maximize sales of capital equipment and achieve agreed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Represent the Komatsu brand and take responsibility for the sale of capital equipment in the territory
* Maximise profit potential on each sale
* Achieve agreed sales targets as specified
* Provide all necessary information to the Sales Support department to facilitate order processing and machine delivery
* Carry out new machine demonstrations in line with company procedure
* Accurate and timely completion of all sales related documents
Requirements:
* Experience in the plant industry and preferably have proven sales success
* Experience of working with a CRM system - desirable
* Undertaken sales training or can demonstrate development of sales skills - desirable
