Job Summary:

This role involves supporting product management activities for Cisco's industry-leading wireless business. You will work closely with engineering teams to develop technical collateral and collaborate with customers and prospects to understand their needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive the creation of impactful technical collateral to enable support, sales engineers, customers, and partners.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams through design, testing, and product launch.
  • Run beta and pilot programs to test new wireless solutions.
  • Meet with customers and prospects to share Cisco's vision and understand their requirements.
  • Act as a strong advocate for partners to ensure alignment with internal Product teams.
  • Review and prioritize customer-reported bugs and critical issues.
