Job Title: Part-Time Operations / Compliance Risk Assessor

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Operations / Compliance Risk Assessor to join our team at KHR Recruitment Specialists. As a key member of our broking team, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the integrity and efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit Preparation: Conduct thorough audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Compliance and Internal Controls: Identify areas for improvement and implement effective internal controls.
  • Audit Documentation: Prepare detailed audit reports and documentation.
  • Audit Communication: Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Management Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on audit findings and recommendations.
  • Complaint Responses: Respond to complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Regulated Agents List: Maintain accurate records of regulated agents.
  • Conduct Risk Reporting: Identify and report on conduct risks.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments.
  • Department and Organizational Enhancement: Contribute to the development and improvement of our operations and organizational processes.
Requirements:
  • Cert CCI: Hold a Certificate in Compliance and Internal Controls.
  • Broker Background or Auditing Background: Have a background in broking or auditing.
  • Hybrid Work Arrangement: Be willing to work in the office initially and then transition to a hybrid work arrangement after a certain period.
Skills:
  • Analytical: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and recommend improvements.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data input and documentation.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and presenting findings.
