About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated HR Advisor to join our HSS Operations division. As an HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting line managers and colleagues with people advice and day-to-day employee relations queries.

This is a hybrid working role, with a mix of remote and on-site work. You will be required to visit depots and distribution centres across England and Wales to support with complex cases and projects that align with our wider people strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support front-line employee relations queries in-line with employment legislation across the HSS Operations division.
  • Work closely with the wider HR team to provide administrative support to key stakeholders, including letter writing and minute taking.
  • Collaborate with the HR Business Partner on key initiatives and projects to drive progress across the people strategy.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of business operations and culture, supporting workstreams such as colleague wellbeing, diversity, engagement, and retention.
  • Work closely with HR functions such as Recruitment, Payroll, and Learning and Development to deliver an excellent service to the dedicated business division.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role with experience of employee relations/case work background.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to travel around England and Wales as required.
  • Experience in operating in a fast-paced, multi-faceted organization.
  • Confident in advising and partnering with a diverse mix of stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and innovation skills.
