Your Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Commercial Real Estate Lawyer, you will be responsible for:

  • Undertaking due diligence on clean energy projects, including wind, solar, and battery storage, to produce legal reports for clients.
  • Title due diligence and transactional support for clean energy projects.
  • Assisting with real estate aspects of large clean energy financing transactions and disposals/acquisitions.
  • Providing high-quality client service in accordance with firm procedures.
  • Maintaining and improving relations with existing clients and identifying opportunities for business development.
  • Achieving targets set by the firm.
Your Skills and Experience

You will require:

  • Commercial real estate experience is highly desirable.
  • A good eye for detail.
  • The ability to manage a busy workload.
  • High standards of client service.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Comfort with high-volume interaction via phone.
  • Good IT skills.
  • A desire to learn and develop skills in commercial property law.
