About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Junior Mechanical Estimator to join our client’s well-established estimating division. As a key member of the team, you will assist senior estimators in mechanical tender production, provide technical support, and ensure competitive tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior estimators in mechanical tender production
  • Provide technical support and advice
  • Ensure competitive tenders
  • Learn under the guidance of a senior estimator
  • Produce take-offs and obtain best quotes from suppliers
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for accurate cost estimates

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or similar Mechanical qualifications
  • Experience in Mechanical design or estimating
