Key Responsibilities
  • Work under the supervision of a registered staff member to undertake defined responsibilities in the workplace setting.

Requirements
  • English and Maths qualification at GCSE grades A*- E, or Functional Skills Level 1.

  • Good customer care skills, with the ability to engage in effective working relationships with patients, their relatives, and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of confidentiality, infection prevention, and dignity in care within the workplace.
  • Ability to use own initiative, work effectively on an individual basis, and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
