Convenience Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Convenience Store Supervisor to join our team at One Stop Stores Ltd. As a key member of the store management team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of store operations.

The successful candidate will have:

• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop their team members
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and colleagues
• Proven experience of working in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating store operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of customer services
• Liaising with area managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring that all customer queries are resolved promptly and professionally
