This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled Corporate Senior Associate to join our team in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of corporate law and be able to work on a wide range of projects, including M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital and Equity Capital Markets transactions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing expert legal advice and drafting key documents.

- Mentoring and guiding junior team members to ensure their growth and success.
