Electrical Site Engineer Role

We are seeking an Electrical Site Engineer to join our team at Mansell Recruitment Group. As an Electrical Site Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting the appointed Lead Engineer or Supervisor in site setup, material delivery, and associated preparation works.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in the field wiring of AHU components, including motors, isolators, lights, and speed controllers from control panel to component.
  2. Mount control panels and install cable and containment to components.
  3. Perform basic electrical testing and fault diagnosis.
  4. Assist in the mechanical build process of ventilation plant.
  5. Ensure a safe working environment is maintained at all times by following and adopting safe working practices, laws, and legislations.
  6. Engage with Lead Engineers and Supervisors to develop personal and professional skillsets within the workplace.
  7. Report progression and completion to the appointed Lead Engineer or Supervisor.

The role is home-based, with travel to customer sites, mainly south of England, with a heavy amount of the work in London. Company van, tools, and phone provided. Occasional stay-aways. Accommodation provided.

Salary based on a 40-hour working week. 8-4:30 with a 30-minute break. Salary - £27,166-£40,206. Uncapped overtime. Expected overtime £4,250 average a year.
