As a customer service representative, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, handling high volumes of calls and maintaining composure while reassuring customers and providing safety advice.
You will also be responsible for updating multiple IT systems accurately and swiftly, and retaining high volumes of call information.
We are looking for someone who is supportive, warm, and kind, with the ability to remain calm in pressurised situations.
As a guardian, champion, problem solver, self-starter, composed operator, and multitasker, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting our customers in their time of need.
