Civil Engineering Bid Specialist

Bid Writer Job Description
At Winner Recruitment Careers, we are seeking a skilled Bid Writer to join our team. As a Bid Writer, you will be responsible for leading the quality aspects of proposal submissions for civil engineering works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read tender documents to appreciate requirements and alert the Bid Manager to any key issues.
- Work with the Bid Manager to define and incorporate win strategies into bid submissions and understand the quality section scoring requirements.
- Develop delivery plans for bids per company procedures.
- Obtain buy-in from Business Units for bids to support response development.
- Coordinate and produce all supporting documentation required for bid submissions, applying company pillars and values to create a differential for our bids.
- Ensure all tender meetings are held and recorded under company procedures.
- Attend key tender meetings.
