Job Title: Claims Examiner

Brook Street is recruiting for a Claims Examiner to work with our Insurance client in Belfast. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and assessing motor claims, working with customers and service providers to progress claims, and managing customer interactions.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English, and be able to communicate effectively with customers over the phone. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is desirable.

The salary for this role is approximately £25,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a competitive salary, exam sponsorship, sociable hours, and additional company days off. Life assurance and critical illness cover are also provided.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing and assessing motor claims
  • Managing customer interactions
  • Working with service providers to investigate and evaluate liability and damage

Requirements:
