About the Role

The successful applicant will work as a Concrete Frame Inspection Expert, ensuring the highest quality standards in our production process. This role involves leading a quality team on the factory floor and reporting directly to a Production Manager/General Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct day-to-day inspections of concrete frames and precast components
  2. Perform pre-pour checks to ensure quality and meet deadlines
  3. Record accurate data on a tablet-based system
  4. Identify and report issues promptly with proposed solutions
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Civil Engineering degree
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Precast Concrete manufacturing experience required
Package:
  • Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
