Job Title: Reliability Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Reliability Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will ensure safety regulations and policies are adhered to, conduct preventative maintenance on time, and provide high levels of equipment availability through continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work in a hands-on manner and demonstrate SME levels of knowledge on all MHE in the building.
  • Coach and mentor technicians on shift.
  • Support the line manager and supervise the shift in their absence.
  • Support continuous improvement of systems in a standard manner across the EU network.
  • Manage contractors.
Requirements:
  • Apprentice-trained with HNC, HND, or NVQ level 3.
  • Relevant experience in a technical leadership role.
  • Relevant experience working in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
  • Relevant experience in automation or material handling equipment environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a multi-contractor and multi-site working environment.
  • Understanding of PLC-based controls systems and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Experience using computerized maintenance management systems to plan proactive maintenance and record reactive tasks.
